ROITER AM412 HITEMP – FOOD GRADE RUBBER HOSE CIP is an imported product from MATEC (Italy), providing the perfect solution for the transfer of hot liquid food products and for long-term sterilization applications.
Feature: White rubber, Food quality tube, with high temperature resistance.Tasteless, odourless, kink resistant, sturdy, very light and flexible. Strong and resistant, built with high temperature resistant compounds and reinforccement fabrics, in addition the inner compound resists to various cleaning agents normally used in the CIP/SIP processes in the Food industry.
Temperature range: -35°C / +120°C, steam cleaning without pressure max. 30 min. at 150°C.
Working pressure: 12 Bar.
Construcion:
- Tube: white, smooth EPDM-HT rubber compound, food quality odourless and taste free Peroxide curing.
- Reinforcement: heat resistant textile wrapped reinforcement, Steel spiral wire reinforcement.
- Cover: blue, smooth EPDM rubber, resistant to abrasion, ozone and weathering, fabric finish. Other colours available on request.
Application: Flexible multi-purpose Suction & Delivery hose for fatty foods, wine, beer, potable water, etc. Suitable for use with alcohol (up to 40%) and soft drinks, fatty (up to 36%) and non-fatty foods.
